Yes, absolutely! There is nothing different with supermoto wheels in respect to changing their tires. Please note that if you have wire spoke wheels, then instead of using a metal pin to stop the wheel from rotating, you use the included strap, fist it under the base leg and around the most vertically aligned spoke.
